All CP Loadout products are printed to order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods made to a customer's specification are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. This means we are not obliged to accept change-of-mind returns. That said, if you have a problem, get in touch — we'll do our best to help.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Email hello@cploadout.com within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and photos of the fault.
You will need to return the item at your own cost. If the fault is confirmed, we will reimburse your reasonable return postage and issue a replacement or full refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or proof of postage). We do not refund original delivery charges for change-of-mind returns.
