Template — complete before launch. Fill the bracketed details and have this reviewed (e.g. Citizens Advice / a solicitor / Trading Standards). The made-to-order exemption in particular needs a decision: standard stock items usually keep the 14-day right; only genuinely bespoke/personalised items are exempt.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. To cancel, email hello@cploadout.com with your order reference.
[If you intend to exclude made-to-order items from this right, state that clearly here and take advice first — do not assume a 3D-printed stock item counts as "bespoke".]
Return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Please return items unused and in their original condition.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We cover return postage on faulty items.
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return). Original postage is refunded for faulty items; for change-of-mind cancellations we refund the cost of the goods.
