Who we are

CP Loadout is operated by Simon Forster, 16 Prince of Wales Close, South Shields, NE34 6QT ("we"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through cploadout.com. Contact: hello@cploadout.com

What we collect and why

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and order details. We use this to take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, and contact you about it. The lawful basis is performance of our contract with you.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• DPD — delivery.
• Resend — sending order and dispatch emails.
• Cloudflare — hosting and order storage.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years to meet accounting and tax obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to its use. Email hello@cploadout.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
